Takasago Singapore utilizes an internal quality control system to maintain high standards throughout project inspections at different stages.
Held prior to construction, this meeting identifies potential problems. It confirms the suitability of the design and planning, safety measures, personnel deployment and reviews past successes and setbacks to avoid repeating mistakes. It also establishes the inspection schedule.
Inspections are conducted during construction to check the integrity of works, including ducts, pipes, thermal
insulation, and wiring.
These inspections are to ensure everything is installed properly and may be carried
out multiple times as necessary.
This inspection takes place just before the project is complete.
It evaluates the effectiveness of the
installed facilities and checks for any operational issues within the systems.

RISK ASSESMENT
Standardize risk assessment methods accumulated from experience and to turn them toward each site's development.
The subcontractors who support Takasago Singapore not only have a long track record in quality cleanroom construction, but are thorough in safety management and following cleanroom protocol. Takasago Singapore has a control system that assesses new and existing vendor's capability and ensures that approved vendor maintains the required standard.
