  • To control MOM reportable incident to 0 (Zero) every year.
  • To control first-aid cases to 2/per project/ per year.
  • To achieve an Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) of less than 2.0.
  • To maintain a Workplace Injury Rate (WIR) of less than 2.0.
  • To achieve an Accident Severity Rate (SFR) of less than 2.0.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
