Basic Dry Room® Configuration
Features
Build dry rooms® with energy-saving and cost-saving
Build environments with ultra-low dew point temperature of -100°C
WINDS® is our proprietary energy-efficient dehumidifier, capable of delivering dry air
at a -60°C dew point. Leveraging this system, Takasago's Dry Rooms® achieve industry-leading
energy savings. WINDS®-II further enhances dehumidification performance with a single-stage rotor
that handles high outside-air loads, significantly reducing both upfront and operational costs. Our latest model,
WINDS®-III, is a low-temperature regenerative dehumidifier that regenerates at just 80°C—far
below conventional systems.
Because dehumidified air for Dry Rooms® incurs higher costs than standard conditioned air,
large-scale production facilities increasingly demand energy-efficient solutions. To meet this need, we've optimized
our dehumidifier configurations and implemented intelligent operation controls—especially for lower loads in
winter—to maximize both energy and cost savings.
For applications requiring an ultra-low dew point, such as certain electronics manufacturing or storage
environments, we offer the CDASS dehumidifier, which can achieve dew points down to -100°C.
