Project Engineer

Main Role Position:
  • Assists Project Manager in project performance through effective co-ordination of project activities.
Key Performance Outcome Measurements:
  • Project performance in terms of quality, cost, timelines, safety record, customer satisfaction, etc.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner.
  • Prepares drawing for authority submission and approval.
  • Design check for constructability & highlight critical design issue differ in Issued for Construction drawings.
  • Attend site investigations, report on ground conditions and prepare basic designs.
  • Update drawings and make amendments as needed.
  • Create back up for all the drawings and ensure that the soft copy is in good condition.
  • Create and update existing drawing template for future use and reference.
  • Ensure compliance of all drawing office procedures with good practice and Quality assurance procedures, as appropriate.
  • Involve in general project support including site surveys, attendance at project meetings. Assistance with site inspection.
  • Prepares detailed as-built/ shop drawing, documents and transmittal for submission, internal audit & external audit.
  • Ensure that the computer, printer and other devices used in producing the drawings are in good condition.
  • Perform clash detection between different elements on the drawing for coordination purposes.
  • Collaborate with different party involve in the project for coordination purposes.
  • Prepare 3d drawing for presentation purposes.
  • Prepare training material for new drawing software.

Qualification:
  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related discipline/equivalent experience.
Approximate Years of Experience:
  • 2 years of related experience in construction / M&E drafting.
Type of Experience:
  • Prior experience in architectural building design and construction.
  • Prior experience in mechanical construction design and construction.
Soft Skills (Leadership/Other Competencies):
  • Works well with others.

Functional Skill
  • Computer literate.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCad.

BIM Modeller

Main Role Position:
  • Prepare technical drawings according to specification for approval, construction and as-built.
  • Make revisions as required throughout the project schedule upon co-ordination with relevant people involve.
Key Performance Outcome Measurements:
  • Readiness of drawing within timeline.
  • Accuracy of drawings.
  • Compliance with specification requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for production of design drawing, shop drawing, construction drawing and as-built drawing.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualification:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Civil/Electrical), Construction, Architecture or related discipline/equivalent experience.
Approximate Years of Experience:
  • 2 years related experience in related construction industries.
Type of Experience:
  • Prior project co-ordination experience.
  • Experience working in fast paced environment with tight timelines.
Soft Skills (Leadership/Other Competencies):
  • Ability to lead others.

Functional Skill

Contracts Executive / Senior Executive

Main Role Position:
  • Assisting in regulating procurement strategies related to contractual, procedural and administration matter to safeguard the interest of the company.
Key Performance Outcome Measurements:
  • Interests of the company are being safeguarded.
  • Project profit level management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review tenders document, advise Sale/Project team to establish and negotiate on company's obligations and entitlement with Client.
  • Review contract document, assist the project team in highlighting any deviation in tendering terms and conditions.
  • Advise project team on the interpretation of contract terms and conditions on different types / forms of Contract as the projects develop.
  • Liaise with Project Team to establish Sub-contracting forms of procurement, terms & conditions and negotiate for optimum price.
  • Develop and prepare contractual documentation.
  • Liaise with Project and Financial team to ensure Performance/Warranty Bond are issued according to contract terms.
  • Liaise with Clients / Sub-contractors on disputes resolution.
  • Advise and Assist Project Team on Progress/Variations/Contractual claims accordance with the contractual entitlement.
  • Provides support to company projects workflow functions assure the attainment of project objectives.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor of Building major in Quantity Surveyor or related.
Approximate Years of Experience:
  • 4 years of related working experience.
Type of Experience:
  • Procurement, including tendering, vendor selection.
  • Budgetary Control, experience in conducting periodic costing reviews, analyze cost component trends and variances.
  • Post Contract Administration.
    • Monthly progress/variation claims & final account settlement.
    • EOT & Prolongation claims.
  • Well-versed and knowledgeable of construction contract terminology.
  • Prior experience in mechanical construction design and construction.
